Artion City Boutique Hotel - Heraklion (Crete)

We stayed in the Junior Suite and boy, was it a delight! The soft linens wrapped us like a warm hug, and y'all, that breakfast spread could make anyone's morning. We even had a sweet little balcony where we'd sip our coffee. Staff were real gems, always checkin' on us. The tranquility here is unmatched, feels like home!

Had a wonderful stay on the first and second night, everything was amazing. Stayed in suite which was perfect for me. Hotel's location was incredibly comfortable and excellent, next to two lovely tavernas. And it's not very far from The Buffet at Bellagio, ate there once or twice.

The breakfast was a standout, with homemade goodies and local delicacies that fueled our mornings for days. Plus, we were just a short stroll from tasty spots like To Perivoli Tou Ouranou and Mavros Katis, where each bite is a culinary adventure. Our room was cozy, and the bed felt cushy after a long day exploring.

perfect decor and the whole hotel was really modern and friendly. it had good food, attentive staff. thoroughly enjoyed our room that was stylish. the bathroom with walk-in showers. this location was exceptionally nice, adjacent to the centre, heraklion, and two lovely tavernas.

The room was spacious, with high-quality amenities.

Parking was nearly impossible to find due to narrow roads filled with parked cars. The breakfast options felt rather basic and did not meet my expectations for variety.

Rooms are very spacious and designed with thoughtful separation between toilet and bathroom. The staff were helpful in providing taxi services and organized an early meal box for our departure. A minor downside was the locked AC setting, which might not please those seeking very cold temperatures.

Wi-fi was reliable, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for breakfast. Had issues with air conditioning.

Upgrading to a jacuzzi room proved to be an excellent choice, with a fine space that included a roof that opened for fresh air. The breakfast spread wasn't extensive, but it did include quality items like fresh fruit and cheeses. A minor inconvenience was the difficulty in finding parking nearby due to narrow streets. Despite this, the location was within a reasonable walking distance to the main shopping area and provided a peace all around for relaxation.

Couple seeking comfort

The staff really went outta their way to, especially Marilena. She helped us with our air conditioning issue when we first arrived, even getting her hands dirty with those electrical panels.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

more furniture would improve comfort

This place was a smart choice for a mini-vacation in Heraklion with great value for the money. The outdoor dining area for breakfast was lovely-enjoyed my morning coffee while soaking up the sun. Be sure to check the air conditioning settings before unpacking.

Friendly and helpful staff made the check-in process a breeze. We could even get into our room early! the whole vibe here is super relaxed and peaceful. 🌟.
